How To Place An Order On Redbows For Corporate Gifts and Promotional Merchandise
All orders are subject to our sales terms and conditions (see “Terms” in page footer). Orders for single colour prints can be placed on line from our Promotional Gifts estore. Our website provides a secure payment gateway and external validations and accreditations – see on-line orders. Alternatively we can raise a Customer Order Form and send this to you for approval and signature.
Either method provides us with the documentation for our Contract Review process. We can also accept official purchase orders by fax, post or attached to an email, provided that the person sending the order full signature authorisation for the goods and values involved. Where it is your company or organisation policy to issue an official order number we do require this in order to prevent delays in payment processing.
Any purchase order or order confirmation sent to Redbows must provide a clear description of the items to be purchased, the prices agreed, invoice and delivery address and full contact details. Alternatively individuals without access to an ordering system can send us confirmation of what they wish to order – by email, fax or post.
Customer can also use our Customer Order Form to place an order on us.
Individuals are requested to make payment with order. Payment can be made by credit card or cheque or bank transfer.
Companies, associations, organisations and charities may be offered credit account facilities. A deposit may be required for large quantity orders and/or customisation. Payment can be made by credit card or cheque or bank transfer.
Redbows operates a quality management system to the principles of ISO 9001:2000. On completion of your order we may send you a Customer Satisfaction Survey as part of our quality management system procedures.
